YOUR POSITION

In this challenging role it is your responsibility to:

 Take the lead in developing and implementing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies in order to delight and digitally engage Miele customers.
 Ensure consistency across all channels (online/offline/trade), establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (Brand Communication, Category Management, Sales and Activation, Service).

 Plan, coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns by orchestrating/using SEO/SEA, email, social media and display advertising in line with channels and category priorities. You find (innovative) ways to generate traffic ensuring brand awareness, brand engagement and increased conversions.
 Set and manage the local social media & content strategy based on the international framework and in strong cooperation with the Head of Communication.
 Formulate, develop and implement CRM strategies for the brand-driving strategic development of Customer Lifecycle Programs along The Consumer Journey with an ambition to maximize revenue.
 Select and coordinate potential external service providers.
 Manage a team of 2 digital all-rounders.

YOUR PROFILE

 Master’s degree, thorough experience and passion for digital technologies. Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
 Strong expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns combined with a solid knowledge of website analytics tools SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
 Excellent analytical and project management skills guaranteeing a perfect execution of the action plans. You are able to think out-of-the-box and take initiatives.

HEAD OF CUSTOMER ACTIVATION

Inspiring trade marketing manager with relevant team management skills

YOUR POSITION

In this challenging role it is your responsibility to:

 Lead the interface between the Marketing and Sales Departments by developing specific on-trade strategies and plans that deliver ‘Immer Besser’ product performance and brand visibility in stores.
 Budget, plan, execute, coordinate and evaluate Customer Activation activities and projects across all channels, customers and shops, including innovation, portfolio channel management, promotion, in-store communications and merchandising, and internal and external training.
 Propose the annual Activation Plan with its related budget to deliver business targets. Monitor the allocated funds on a monthly basis. Take part in the S&OP process, working closely with Category Managers & Sales to ensure forecast accuracy.
 Challenge the customer plans and support both the customers and the sales team in identifying key growth drivers, setting strategic priorities and implementing new product launches. Support the Key Account team with assortment recommendations in case of new product launches. Provide the sales team with KPIs, reports and ad hoc analyses.
 Evaluate visibility & promo efficiency and propose new initiatives based on analysis and KPI monitoring. Develop high expertise and provide advice to upgrade promotional strategy and plans.
 Strengthen shopper recruitment & loyalty and ensure that execution of marketing plans is excellently delivered up to the last mile.
 Translate selling stories into POS materials and working with the Academy team ensuring the development and provision of internal and external product training workshops.
 Lead and inspire a diverse team of Customer Activation Managers organized by channels, Point of Sales Manager and Academy Managers. Monitor opportunities by participating in category management projects with the customer.
 Develop proactive relationships with European colleagues.

CATEGORY MANAGER

In this challenging role it is your responsibility to:

 Define the vision and growth strategy for your category and manage the Belux product portfolio, price policy, analysis of sales figures, marketing and promotional campaigns, etc., for the product group assigned to you.
 Define the goals in an annual action plan (volume and margin top line as well as bottom line), based on a thorough analysis of the market situation and trends, GFK data, etc.
 Identify trends and translate your knowledge into category strategy and plans for the customer. Implement and follow up quantitative and qualitative objectives, and adjust where necessary.
 Work closely with your colleagues on the sales and activation team who will give you direct input from the market and who can expect you to supply all the information required and support them in the realization of their sales objectives.
 Be in frequent contact with the parent company in Germany and participate regularly in international meetings.

CUSTOMER ACTIVATION MANAGER

 Be the interface between the Marketing and Sales Department to translate brand and category plans into specific activation plans for a single distribution channel (online, retail or kitchen).

CULINARY ADVISOR

HEAD OF CONTACT CENTER

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

 You either provide a solution based on your knowledge of the device, or when confronted with technical issues you schedule an appointment with a Miele technician.
 In addition to your assignments, you support your colleagues within the Contact Center by helping them with administration, e-mail correspondence, ...
